Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Minnesota
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered
- Experience working within school environments, ideally with high school or transition-aged students
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary educational team
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students within the caseload
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services aligned with students’ needs and IEP goals
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and team consultations
- Provide support and resources to teachers, students, and families to foster positive outcomes
