This contract opportunity spans the full school year, beginning August 24, 2026, and ending June 7, 2027, with weekly hours ranging from 37.5 to 40. You’ll work with a caseload of approximately 50 students, helping them develop communication skills that lay the foundation for lifelong success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligibility for Minnesota state licensure in SLP
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting or with adolescent populations is highly valued
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and provide therapy for secondary-level students, including those in high school and transition programs
  • Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Offer consultative support and training to teachers and staff regarding communication needs and classroom strategies
