Speech Pathology - Eden Prairie, MN

A contract speech-language pathologist is needed for the remainder of the school year to assist elementary-aged students (K–5th grade) with their speech and language needs. What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or ability to obtain (CCC or CFY considered)
- Experience within school settings preferred, but open to candidates passionate about working with the K–5th age range
- Familiarity with IEPs and assessment protocols in educational environments
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Ability to initiate services quickly and manage a small, focused caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one formal speech/language assessment as required for a student in the caseload
- Deliver direct speech therapy services to four students with IEP-mandated support
- Effectively document session notes and student progress according to school guidelines
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in every interaction
