Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Active or eligible state licensure for SLP in Minnesota
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in school settings and with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with teachers and multi-disciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory standards
- Provide guidance, support, and resources to families and educational staff
- Adapt therapy techniques for diverse student needs
