Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly valued
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and best practices in school speech therapy
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of elementary and/or secondary students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document evaluations, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Educate staff and families on speech-language development and intervention strategies
- Stay current on best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
