Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Saint Paul, Minnesota

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Appropriate state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure for Minnesota schools
- Experience or strong interest in working within pediatric and educational settings
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to develop educational plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for a school-aged population
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and interventions in accordance with state and federal requirements
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions both individually and in group formats, adapting strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Maintain clear and timely documentation, progress reports, and parent communications
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student development and provide staff consultation
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities as needed
