- Previous experience in pediatric, educational, or healthcare settings strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with school guidelines and student needs
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and ongoing progress monitoring
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster student success
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation in accordance with district and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input to multidisciplinary teams
