School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Saint Paul, Minnesota

This onsite role offers a chance to provide essential support by covering for the Early Childhood Special Education SLP for the remainder of the academic year, with the potential for additional summer evaluations. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience in school-based settings highly preferred
- Familiarity with ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) caseloads
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students on your assigned caseload
- Complete assessments and evaluations in accordance with district guidelines
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all services and evaluations
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, interdisciplinary consultations, and professional development activities
- Provide possible additional evaluation support during summer months
