What You’ll Need:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in school settings, especially with early childhood caseloads, is highly preferred
- Strong assessment, therapy, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Dedication to fostering student growth and improving communication outcomes
- Reliable availability for full-time, onsite work (37.5 hours/week)
What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy for students in early childhood special education
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, interventionists, administrators, and families to develop IEP goals and support student progress
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and contribute to special education paperwork
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and data-driven decision making
- Support students’ individualized needs to promote greater communication, social, and academic success
