Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Minnesota State SLP license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Adaptable to changing caseloads and environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to a dedicated elementary caseload
- Provide coverage for staff on leave, ensuring consistent support for students
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance requirements
- Offer compensatory services to students who missed sessions during uncovered absences
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision making
