Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP Licensure in Minnesota
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Proven experience delivering speech and language services in a school setting
- Familiarity with the needs of Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) students
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours/week) on-site through June 2026
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to ECSE students, both individually and in groups
- Conduct assessments and complete summer evaluations as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation
- Provide consultation and support to school teams to promote communication and language development
- Support a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
