This position is ideal for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), trained in school settings and confident using teletherapy services.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC from ASHA
- Active California SLP license
- Recent experience in schools (K-12 preferred)
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
- Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Comfortable with both on-site and virtual service delivery
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to students with a range of needs, both in-person and via teletherapy
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress toward IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, counselors, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations for student growth
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements for documentation and service delivery
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student goals in a diverse school environment
