Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure for practice as a school-based SLP
  • Experience with a range of communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and social pragmatics
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote intervention
  • Comfortable conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and consulting with educators and families
  • Proficient documentation and case management skills
  • Commitment to collaborative teamwork and student-centered planning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students PreK–12
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services both in-person and through telepractice modalities
  • Maintain accurate records, progress updates, and compliance documentation
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure holistic student progress
  • Attend IEP meetings to advocate for students’ communication needs
  • Provide training and resources for school staff when necessary
