School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Roseville, California

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
- Proven experience delivering speech therapy services in a school setting
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, both with children and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
- Provide engaging and effective direct therapy services, both in-person and via teletherapy, according to student needs
- Collaborate with special education teams, general educators, and family members to support each child’s progress in and out of the classroom
- Maintain clear and organized documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and ongoing student evaluations
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education relevant to school-based SLP services
