You will play a meaningful role supporting the Transitional Education Service Alternative (TESA) program, engaging with young adults (ages 18–21) preparing for their next life steps. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active CCC-SLP credential
- School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Eligible for SLP licensure in Minnesota
- Availability for on-site support (not virtual or SLPA roles)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to TESA program students (ages 18-21)
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure integrated support
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and services
- Work up to 0.8 FTE, choosing a flexible 4-day weekly schedule (7:30am–3:30pm, with your preferred day off)
