School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Burnsville, Minnesota

Step into a fulfilling maternity leave coverage from November 9th through March 1st, providing expert speech-language services in a collaborative environment. The role is designed at 0.8 FTE, offering a four-day workweek from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with the flexibility to choose your preferred day off.
Ideal candidates will bring:
- Current SLP-CCC credential and Minnesota state licensure (required)
- Prior experience in school-based or transition-age programs (strongly preferred)
- Passion for assisting young adults with diverse communication needs
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to the unique needs of the TESA program
- Commitment to onsite services (virtual candidates will not be considered)
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering individualized and group speech-language services to TESA participants
- Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress
- Consulting with program teachers, staff, and families
- Documenting and reporting student progress per school and state requirements
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to transition planning
