Desired Qualifications:
- Active Illinois license as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Professional Educator License (PEL) from Illinois—or eligibility to obtain
- CCC or CFY candidates are welcome
- Experience or interest in working within school settings, especially with pediatric or early childhood populations
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based speech and language therapy to assigned caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and document progress
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and caregivers to support student success
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth and participation
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations related to school-based therapy
