Required Qualifications:
- Active Illinois licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Professional Educator License (PEL) active or in process
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
- Previous experience in a school environment preferred
Role Details & Responsibilities:
- Full-time schedule (37.5 hours/week), from August 3rd for orientation through May 28th
- Provide speech-language services to students in a school setting (elementary or early childhood caseload available)
- Complete assessments, develop and implement therapy plans, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain communication with staff and families
- Serve as an advocate for students’ communication needs
