Key Qualifications:
- Active state of Illinois Speech Language Pathologist license
- Professional Educator License (PEL) in the state of Illinois, current or in process
- Open to both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and SLPs holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience supporting school-based caseloads is desirable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in elementary or early childhood settings
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive and effective support
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports as required by school policy
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes student growth and engagement
- Participate in ongoing professional development and school-based meetings
