Qualifications & Experience:
- Active licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or eligibility for CCC or CFY supervision in Illinois
- Prior school-based experience preferred, but welcoming of motivated new graduates
- Comfortable engaging with diverse student populations and collaborating with classroom staff
- Commitment to contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture
Role Highlights:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours weekly on a renewable, annual school year contract (W-2 employee status)
- Elementary-only caseload (one building) for consistency and focused student engagement
- Orientation scheduled before assignment starts for smooth onboarding
- Responsible for assessment, direct therapy, and progress monitoring
- Flexibility to arrange your schedule within established school hours
