School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Loves Park, Illinois

Enjoy a flexible, school-based schedule of 37.5 hours per week where you can build your schedule within school hours. Collaborate with a dedicated school community and access onsite support at your assigned home base. This position focuses exclusively on elementary students, providing continuity and meaningful relationships, and serves both general education and specialized classrooms that include students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CFYs are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with school-based caseloads and IEP processes
- Comfort working with diverse learners, including special education and ASD populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for elementary students with speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement IEP goals and personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
- Maintain accurate records and participate in meetings as required
- Engage in orientation and ongoing training opportunities
