Essential Experience & Skills:
- Hold or be eligible for Illinois SLP licensure
- CFY/new graduates welcome; supervision provided
- Comfortable working in elementary school settings
- Experience or willingness to work across general and specialized classrooms, including those with ASD
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Orientation and onsite support provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to assigned caseload
- Complete evaluations and develop appropriate IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain documentation and participate in team meetings
- Adapt materials and strategies as needed for diverse learners
