Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Active OT licensure in Washington (WA)
- Experience in pediatric and school settings, including involvement with IEPs and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong skills in supporting students’ fine motor, sensory processing, and self-regulation needs
- Comfortable working collaboratively with teachers, families, and special education professionals
- Ability and willingness to work on-site full-time
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services for students across a diverse caseload
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to address students’ motor and functional needs within the school environment
- Collaborate regularly with educators, counselors, and support staff to implement strategies that promote student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with federal and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and parent conferences as needed
- Contribute expertise to support a positive learning environment and facilitate students’ independence
