Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license in Washington State (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience with school-aged children, especially PreK and elementary levels, is highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills working with educators, parents, and support staff
- Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for PreK and K-4 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services and consultative support in classroom and small group settings
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and attendance
- Communicate effectively with school staff and families to foster student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required
