Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Tenino, Washington

Key Qualifications:
- Active OT credentials in Washington State required
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with pediatric populations and the ability to tailor interventions to individual student needs
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Willingness to work full-time at an assigned location
- Commitment to maintaining accurate records and implementing individualized education plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and create effective therapy plans
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services onsite
- Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Provide input for IEP planning and attend relevant meetings
- Help foster inclusive learning environments for students with diverse abilities
