Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid or pending Washington state SLP license
- SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are both encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated knowledge of evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for various speech and language disorders
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver therapy services to K-12 students, tailoring intervention plans to meet individual needs
- Conduct thorough evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate progress documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistent student support and accommodations
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts for optimal student outcomes
- Stay current with best practices and legal requirements in speech-language pathology
