Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Lakewood, Washington

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and active Washington State Speech-Language Pathology license
- Experience or interest in school-based and pediatric speech therapy services
- Strong understanding of best practices for K-12 populations, including managing diverse caseloads
- Background with SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and/or experience as a school-based SLPA considered a plus
- Comfortable utilizing teletherapy platforms when needed
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders among K-12 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely student records and progress reports
- Support students in achieving measurable speech and language goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide consultative support for staff and parents
