You will work full-time at more than one site, offering teletherapy and on-site support to students ranging from kindergarten to high school. Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licensure in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision
- Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based SLP settings
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and comfort with both in-person and virtual service delivery
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to work across multiple school locations
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and progress monitoring
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state policies
- Employ evidence-based practices in both in-person and teletherapy modalities
