What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments for students across 1–2 school sites
- Deliver direct therapy services in collaboration with educators and families
- Oversee and supervise a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) on-site
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), documentation, and indirect services during paid preparation and meeting time
- Carry out administrative duties off-site one day each week
What We’re Looking For:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Current Oregon State SLP License or eligibility to secure one before the start date
- Experience within pediatric and/or school-based settings; proficiency with IEPs and remote administrative work
- Ability to be present on-site at least four days a week
- Completion of required fingerprinting and background check before starting
- Strong communication skills and comfort supervising support personnel
- CFY candidates are not eligible due to supervision requirements
