Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current Wisconsin SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain it
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Experience or interest in working with K-12 students in a school setting
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver evidence-based therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency needs using standardized tools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational objectives
- Deliver direct therapy in both individual and group settings, adjusting methods to student needs
- Document progress, maintain detailed records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students’ success
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices
