A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services across three buildings, focusing on early childhood (birth to 5 years old). This full-time, 12-month position involves a diverse caseload of approximately 45 students and includes collaboration with an SLPA.

As part of a dynamic educational environment, you’ll help shape individualized education plans (IEPs) and individualized family service plans (IFSPs), supporting developmental milestones and communication growth for each child. This is an onsite-only position, offering valuable experience working within early childhood education and an exceptional opportunity to support a culturally rich community.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold active SLP-CCC credentials and state licensure, with school-based experience preferred
  • Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for children aged birth to 5 years
  • Previous work involving IEPs and IFSPs, with a strong understanding of early intervention best practices
  • Background in or openness to working with Native American populations highly valued
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with an SLPA and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere
  • Experience with or willingness to navigate unique adjudication processes

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, deliver direct therapy, and monitor progress for early childhood caseloads
  • Develop, implement, and manage IEPs and IFSPs in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Foster communication with families and educational teams to ensure student success
  • Communicate effectively across multiple sites, demonstrating flexibility and cultural sensitivity
