Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP (CCC required)
- Prior experience in a K-12 school setting is highly desirable
- Comfortable working exclusively on-site; remote or Voco services are not accepted
- SLPAs need not apply; seeking only fully credentialed SLPs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Dedicated to providing comprehensive services to diverse student populations
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to students with a variety of needs and backgrounds
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, provide documentation, and contribute to goal-setting processes
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all district, state, and federal guidelines
- Serve students on-site—no teletherapy required or permitted
