School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Federal Way, Washington

You’ll work as part of a supportive educational team, providing therapy and intervention services tailored to individual student needs. With multiple full-time openings available, you can collaborate with peers, engage with diverse student populations, and have an immediate impact.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates welcome
- Prior experience in a school setting is highly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to working on-site in area schools (remote/virtual work not available)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with the education team
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
- Communicate progress with students, staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student supports
