Qualifications we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid Ohio SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
- Comfortable supporting IEP development and execution
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments to identify and address speech, language, and communication needs for K-12 students
- Developing tailored treatment plans aligned with each student’s IEP goals
- Providing direct therapy individually and in small groups within school environments
- Consulting with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success and generalization of skills
- Staying current on best practices in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
- Maintaining timely records and participating in IEP meetings
