Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to strong CFY candidates
- Demonstrated expertise in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based SLP settings
- Solid understanding of evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Strong collaboration skills and adaptability in a school environment
- Commitment to fostering growth for students with diverse learning needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student goals and abilities
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with a variety of communication challenges
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistent support and progress
- Maintain detailed progress documentation and participate in student support meetings
- Support a positive and effective learning environment for every child
