School Speech Language Pathologist - Princess Anne, MD

Ideal candidates will bring the following:
- Active Maryland SLP license and state teaching certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong ability to balance direct services and supervision responsibilities
- Organizational skills for managing caseload documentation and compliance
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct speech-language therapy to a group of approximately 20 students
- Providing supervision and mentorship to an SLPA, ensuring high-quality services
- Collaborating with other staff and participating in team meetings as needed
- Conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and maintaining timely records
- Engaging in either onsite or hybrid service delivery to best meet student and district needs
