Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting
- Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Willingness to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services for students with a variety of speech/language disorders
- Document and monitor student progress; maintain accurate and timely records
- Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student goals and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings to support appropriate placement and services
- Offer resources and training to school staff as needed
