What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Proven experience or training in pediatric and school-based SLP services
- Familiarity with IEP processes and special education documentation
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Ability to create engaging, individualized therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Design and implement effective, age-appropriate therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to optimize support
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations
- Contribute ideas and strategies to the broader therapeutic and educational team
- Support classrooms through consultation, collaboration, and tailored resources
