Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience delivering therapy to pediatric and school-aged populations
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students, educators, and families
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services within school settings
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare thorough reports
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to individualized education planning
- Educate and empower families and school staff on communication strategies and interventions
