Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, valid state licensure as an SLP
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility preferred
- Previous experience providing pediatric or school-based SLP services
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Passion for supporting children’s academic, social, and communication growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language assessments and individualized therapy to students
- Develop and implement IEPs in alignment with school and district guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote best outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely reports, progress notes, and required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations to multidisciplinary teams
- Use evidence-based interventions tailored for a diverse pediatric population
