What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a varied caseload
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation abilities
- Experience working within a school or pediatric setting preferred
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services according to IEP goals
- Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain timely, thorough records including evaluations, progress reports, and Medicaid documentation as required
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making
- Utilize evidence-based interventions and keep current with the best practices in the field
