Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 students
- Create, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Evaluate students to diagnose speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Proactively consult with teachers and parents to support educational success and social interaction
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Provide both direct therapy and consultative services as assigned in various age groups from PreK through 12th grade
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Oregon SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a school-based setting and collaborate with educational staff and families
- Commitment to onsite work throughout the school year
