Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license in Oregon (CCC preferred)
- Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to tailor intervention plans to diverse student needs
- Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech/language disorders
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities
- Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology
