What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Current licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Oregon
- Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective therapy plans to meet students’ individual needs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments for students with communication disorders
- Developing IEPs and individualized treatment plans aimed at measurable student growth
- Delivering direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Consulting regularly with teachers, staff, and families to ensure holistic, student-centered intervention
- Maintaining thorough, accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participating in IEP meetings and providing clear progress updates and recommendations
