Key Qualifications:
- Valid OR SLP Licensure required
- CCC-SLP, SLP-CFY, or strong pediatric/school-based experience
- Experience with autism spectrum and communication disorders, preferred
- Comfortable providing speech services to a caseload of 20 students, primarily at the middle school level
- Familiarity with IEP development and team collaboration; training is provided
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech therapy services for students with diverse needs
- Manage a caseload of approximately 10 for case management, serving around 20 students
- Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary planning sessions (paid admin time)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the district's IEP system
- Serve as a resource for faculty and parents regarding speech and language support
