Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
- Articulate personalized treatment goals for students with speech and language challenges
- Deliver therapy services to individuals and small groups within the school setting
- Prepare and maintain thorough documentation for evaluations, progress notes, and IEPs
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings to advocate for student needs
- Consult with teaching staff to integrate communication supports into the classroom
- Engage families and caregivers in supporting student progress at home and school
