Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Happy Valley, Oregon

Your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist will be key, whether you hold a CCC, are completing a CFY, or bring strong pediatric or teletherapy experience. You’ll serve as an itinerant SLP, collaborating with a dedicated district team, while enjoying paid travel between assigned schools. Manage a caseload of approximately 10 students and provide direct services to around 20, delivering impactful intervention and driving student success.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid Oregon SLP licensure (required)
- SLP-CCC, CFY, or related credentials welcome
- Experience in school, pediatric, or teletherapy settings
- Familiarity with case management for middle schoolers
- Comfortable providing services to students with autism, intellectual, and specific learning disabilities
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapeutic services in accordance with students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Manage documentation and reporting per district standards
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with faculty, families, and related service providers
- Support students’ communication goals in both direct and consultative models
- travel between sites as needed, with travel time compensated
