This contract position is ideal for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist eager to provide vital services in a school-based, part-time role. Working with a middle school caseload of approximately 20 students, including those with speech, communication, autism, intellectual, and specific learning disabilities, you’ll play a key part in helping each child reach their full potential.

Your responsibilities will encompass direct speech-language therapy, case management (about 10 students), and collaboration with educational staff and families. Training and support on the school’s IEP system will be provided to ensure you have the tools needed from day one. The position offers a blend of on-site services and indirect hours for administrative tasks, including paid team meetings, providing flexibility in your workflow.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active OR SLP license (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
  • Experience working in pediatric and/or school settings preferred
  • Comfort delivering services for autism spectrum, intellectual, and specific learning disabilities
  • Knowledge of teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of about 20 middle school students
  • Conduct evaluations, create treatment plans, and facilitate IEP implementation
  • Work closely with educators and parents/guardians
  • Maintain thorough documentation in the district’s IEP system (training provided)
  • Participate in team meetings and student progress reviews
