Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Oregon SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in educational settings preferred, with flexibility to serve preK-12
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite throughout the school year
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as assigned
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Track progress and maintain thorough documentation for caseload
- Adapt therapy strategies and interventions to meet diverse needs
