What you'll bring:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Oregon SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting diverse learners
  • Ability to work onsite full-time (37.5 hours per week)

What you'll do:

  • Provide assessments and direct intervention services for students with communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and special education staff to create and implement individualized plans
  • Document student progress, maintain compliance with IEP goals, and support positive outcomes
  • Serve a caseload of approximately 50 students, with assignments based on your strengths and preferred grade levels
  • Contribute to a positive, student-focused culture while enhancing your expertise in the school setting
