Qualifications & Required Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Oregon SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience in educational settings preferred, with flexibility to serve preK-12
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite throughout the school year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as assigned
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized educational plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Track progress and maintain thorough documentation for caseload
  • Adapt therapy strategies and interventions to meet diverse needs
