- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, Clinical Fellows welcome
- Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children in diverse settings
- Understanding of IEP processes and ability to create measurable therapy goals
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP requirements
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services, adapting methods to maximize student progress
- Maintain thorough records of evaluations, progress, and session data in compliance with all regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
- Attend IEP meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary discussions, and participate in professional development opportunities
- Offer education and resources to staff and families regarding speech-language needs
