Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs considered
- Recent experience providing speech-language services in schools or pediatric settings
- Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and special education frameworks
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to adapt therapy methods for a diverse student population
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered practices
- Organizational skills to balance documentation, planning, and direct services
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and provide direct speech/language therapy services to students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment goals in collaboration with IEP teams
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide input on student progress
- Document sessions, maintain compliance with school/district/state requirements
- Communicate proactively with teachers, staff, and parents
